I value collaborating with clients to help them find what they need to live their best life. Together, we can help you find clarity and mental wellness by exploring your concerns and identifying your needs. I practice from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach, teach mindfulness and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills and am also an EMDR trained therapist, which is one of these most effective approaches to treating trauma. In addition to overall mental health, my areas of speciality include clients navigating the anxiety of life transitions (relationships/career), access and disability accommodations, chronic illness, caregiver stress and neurodivergence.
